The Fit

Our standard size is based on 5’5” (165 cm). But don’t worry — we’re happy to adjust for your height. Just leave a note at checkout and we’ll customize it at no extra cost.

• Hand wash cold with mild detergent or use delicate machine cycle in a mesh bag.
• Lay flat or hang to dry in the shade.
• Iron inside out on low heat to keep the linen looking crisp.
• Dry cleaning works too if that’s easier for you.

Processing & Shipping

• Each dress is handmade to order, which takes 7–10 business days.
• Shipping usually takes 10–14 days to the US and 10–21 days to EU/Canada.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will ship the next business day.
• You’ll always receive a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey.

Returns & Peace of Mind

We gladly accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that meet our return conditions.

Returns are accepted if:

• The product arrives damaged or defective
• The item is the wrong color, size, or design compared to your order
• There is a clear quality issue

We’re unable to accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, trying a different size or style, or buyer’s remorse, unless discussed and approved with us beforehand.

Currently, we do not offer returns or exchanges since our products are made to order. However, if there is an issue with your order, please message us, and we will collaborate with you to resolve it effectively.

We typically do not accept cancellations, as orders are sent to production immediately after placement. If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us promptly—if the order has not yet been produced, we can cancel it for you.

Refunds are generally provided only to customers who receive incorrect or damaged items. If this applies to you, please message us with photos of the incorrect or damaged items, and we will address the issue for you

Currently, we do not offer exchanges as each item is made to order. For apparel, we suggest reviewing our sizing charts, available for every item in our store’s product pictures, to ensure the best fit.

In the rare event that an item is mislabeled, please notify us as soon as you receive your order with your order number and photos of the mislabeled item. We will then send you a new item or issue a refund.

Linen is a natural, breathable fabric that softens with every wash. We recommend:

• Gentle machine wash or hand wash in cold water
• Hang or lay flat to dry
• Avoid tumble drying or bleach
• Iron on low heat if needed (or embrace the natural wrinkles — it's part of linen’s charm!)

Our size chart is based on garment measurements, not body measurements. If you're unsure which size to choose, we recommend measuring a similar garment you own and comparing it to our chart. For the most accurate fit, feel free to send us your bust, waist, and hip measurements — we’re happy to customize the fit at no extra cost.
