How long does shipping take? +
Every dress is made after your order is placed. Please allow 7–10 business days for production. Tracking information will be sent via email once your order ships.
How long does delivery take? +
Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method you choose at checkout. Standard shipping typically takes 7–14 business days. Expedited shipping, which typically takes 5–9 business days, is also available. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. How much does shipping cost? +
Standard shipping is free on all orders over $300. For orders below that threshold, a flat rate of $10.99 applies for standard orders and $29.99 for expedited orders. Exact costs are always shown at checkout before you confirm your purchase.
Do you ship internationally? +
Yes — we ship to 40+ countries worldwide. Simply enter your shipping address at checkout and the available delivery methods will appear. Some remote regions may have limited carrier options or slightly longer transit times.
How can I track my order? +

all orders are shipped under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms. This means we cover all shipping costs, import duties, and taxes associated with your order. You will not be required to pay any additional fees upon delivery — the total amount you see at checkout is the final amount.
