We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that arrive damaged, defective, or differ from what was ordered. As each piece is made to order, we're unable to accept returns for change of mind or fit preferences — though if something doesn't feel right, please message us first. We'd rather find a solution together than have you walk away unhappy.
We do not accept returns on gift cards, custom or personalized items, products purchased during our Pre Collection launches, or intimate apparel such as socks and undergarments.
The refundable amount only applies to the price that was paid for the garment(s), meaning the shipping costs (of both ways) will not be refunded and remain the client's responsibility.
Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you of your right to a refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time (and in any case, no later than within 30 days of receiving your returned product). We will provide a refund, trying to use the same method used to make the payment. In case you have selected to receive the refund for the returned item as store credit, you will receive an additional 10% discount code for a future purchase, along with the price of the returned item.
